Welcome to the Fizz & Rizz family! We are committed to building a successful, long-term, and mutually beneficial relationship with all our distributors. This policy outlines the terms of our partnership to ensure clarity and success for everyone involved. Please review it carefully.

 

1. Core Ordering Policies

Initial Order Requirement:

To help you launch your business, the minimum order for your first-time purchase is 10 units.

Reorder Requirement:

To ensure supply chain efficiency and economies of scale, the minimum order for all subsequent purchases is 30 units.

Shipping & Freight:

The distributor (buyer) is responsible for all shipping and freight costs for both initial and reorders. We will provide a shipping quote based on your selected carrier and method.

 

2. Pricing & Discount Tiers

Our pricing structure is designed to reward long-term, high-volume partnerships. Your discount tier is determined by your cumulative purchase volume.

Key Details:

Cumulative Volume: This is the total value of all paid orders since your partnership began.

Discount Upgrade: Once your cumulative purchases reach $10,000 USD, your account will receive a 50% discount on all subsequent orders.

Price Integrity: We are committed to our partners and will not arbitrarily increase wholesale prices during our partnership.

 

3. Distributor Code of Conduct

To protect our brand equity and ensure a fair market for all, all distributors must adhere to the following guidelines:

Brand Representation:

You are prohibited from selling any counterfeit or unauthorized Fizz & Rizz products.

All marketing and sales activities must uphold the positive and premium image of the Fizz & Rizz brand.

Marketplace Policy:

No Unauthorized Online Sales: Selling on third-party marketplaces such as Amazon, eBay, or Walmart without explicit written authorization is strictly forbidden.

Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) Policy: You must not advertise or sell Fizz & Rizz products online for less than the official Minimum Advertised Price (MAP). This protects the value of the product for all partners. (Specific MAP details will be provided separately).

Order & Logistics:

All orders must be placed via our official B2B portal or with your designated account representative. Verbal or informal orders are not accepted.

Please double-check shipping addresses, product SKUs, and quantities before confirming an order. Fizz & Rizz is not responsible for costs arising from incorrect information provided by the distributor.

Returns & Exchanges:

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons other than product defects.

If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, you must notify us with clear photo or video evidence within 3 business days of receipt. We will arrange for a replacement or credit to be issued.

 

4. Getting Started

Apply: Contact our distribution team to submit your partnership application.

Onboard: Once approved, we will finalize the agreement and set up your account.

Place Initial Order: Submit your first order of at least 10 units.

Sell & Grow: Receive your inventory and begin selling.

Reorder: Place subsequent orders of 30+ units as your business grows and unlock higher discount tiers.
